Victoria police have revealed CCTV footage of a vandal targeting a Melbourne synagogue with offensive graffiti over several months, sparking community concern and investigation into hate crimes.

Vandal repeatedly attacks synagogue in Melbourne, South Yarra, spray-painting offensive phrases on the walls of the Hebrew congregation on five different occasions between March 11 and July 30.
